Geranium dalmaticum

A pretty little bloomer for the summer fairy garden.  Lots of big round clear pink flowers with five petals and showy flower parts, bloom over mounded green foliage.  Leaves are a miniature version of the familiar perennial garden geranium. Each is rounded with five cut lobes, growing on a long slender/wiry stem with a fresh green scent.  Bright orange to red fall color is a bonus.  Said to grow just 2"tall and 3"wide, we think it will grow larger - 3-5"tall x 5-10" wide.  Great for fairy gardens, large trough gardens and the outer edge of miniature gardens.  Not fussy and easy to grow.  Zone 4-8.

  • Grow outdoors in full sun to part shade, with well-drained soil
  • Not recommended for indoor gardens
  • Drought tolerant once established
  • Blooms in late spring to summer
  • Cold hardy to zone 4
  • Available in 2.5” x 2.5” x 3.5" pots
